How billing works

Project work is invoiced against a signed agreement, not charged to a card. Discovery is paid up front because it has a fixed price and a fixed deliverable. The build is invoiced by stage, so you are never paying far ahead of what exists.

The 30-day subscription refund window does not apply to project work. What happens if a project stops early is set out in the Refund Policy and in your agreement.
