Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Flask)

Build scalable APIs and data pipelines for our compensation analytics platform. Work with MongoDB, Redis, and modern Python stack.

Remote (EU timezone preferred) Full-time €60K - €90K + equity
Data Science Remote Full-time

Machine Learning Engineer (Compensation Analytics)

Develop ML models for salary prediction, market forecasting, and retention risk analysis. Work with Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch.

Product Remote/Hybrid Full-time

Product Designer (HR/SaaS Experience)

Design intuitive interfaces for complex compensation data. Experience with dashboards, data visualization, and enterprise UX required.
