TalentTech was founded in 2024 by a team of HR professionals, data scientists, and engineers who saw a critical gap in the market: organizations were making multi-million dollar compensation decisions based on outdated spreadsheets, incomplete data, and gut feelings.

Our founders spent years working at enterprise HR platforms and compensation consulting firms, witnessing firsthand the challenges HR teams face: unreliable benchmarks, budget overruns, retention issues, and the constant pressure to justify every salary decision to finance and leadership.
