Manage your subscription, billing, and account settings
You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused credits will be prorated.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), wire transfers for Enterprise plans, and ACH transfers for annual subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment provider.
Yes, you can cancel anytime without penalties. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you'll continue to have full access until your subscription expires.
Professional and Enterprise plans are billed per seat. You can add or remove team members at any time. New seats are prorated for the current billing period. If you remove seats mid-cycle, credits are applied to your next invoice.
Yes! Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed upfront and provide significant cost savings for committed customers. Contact [email protected] for custom annual Enterprise pricing.
Log in to your account, navigate to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods, and click "Update Card" or "Add Payment Method". You can also update your billing address and download past invoices from this section.
